The Philippines Online Shopping Mall! – Superb Experience Guaranteed!


I really thought that I was going to ruin my Valentine’s Day plans but thanks to Lazada Philippines, I was able to pick out the best Valentines Gift for my boyfriend at the last minute. They really live up to their name as the Philippines' Online Shopping Mall!


 

I’ve always been comfortable with shopping online. In fact I’ve done a lot of holiday gift shopping at the comfort of my own home and since the opening of Lazada Philippines, I have had my shopping security blanket on all the. They provide some of the best products and prices but they also provide some of the most unique customer service. I honestly enjoy their free delivery to almost every location and shopping point in the Philippines (I’m lucky I live in the Metro!) and even better, Lazada Philippines is the only local shopping site that provides you with the purchase option of Cash on Delivery! How cool is that? If I end up changing my mind about an item I bought, I can return it from 7 days of purchase. It really doesn’t get any better than that.

Another thing that I really enjoy about Lazada Philippines is how straightforward they are when it comes to helping you with discounts and best price points for your items. You don’t have to be a math wizard to figure out how much savings you get from the products they list because it’s visually displayed beside the item you want to buy. You realize right away that the savings you get is anywhere from 4% to 25% and if that’s not comforting enough for you, depending on your purchase method you can get an even higher discount. Last week I bought myself an iPad 3 at 10% off and I was so surprised to find out that they had a” MasterCard Monday” promotion of an additional 10% off if you used your MasterCard. I was so happy I was getting a 20% discount!
Got Problems? Customer Service Rocks!

So what I thought was going to be a traumatizing experience trying to avail of my MasterCard Monday (the website kept hanging when I tried to hit the purchase button and at the risk of being triple billed I decided to call customer service) became a really nice and memorable purchase. The customer service lady was very polite and was immediate to empathize with my predicament. She assisted me in a professional manner! She really knew what she was talking about and informed me of some technical difficulties that they experience because of the bulk of transactions during holidays. She was very professional and informed me that my credit card hadn’t been charged yet and to try my purchase in an hour. She was very endearing and explained everything to me in a calm tone with words that I understood. I was really pleased that she got my call.

I tried again after an hour and I was so thankful because my transaction finally went through. Lazada Philippines really made a possibly frustrating experience into a good one.  The customer experience I had was really a superb one despite that minor hiccup with the website, they made it feel less of a hassle and more of a great overall experience.  I can definitely say that Lazada Philippines is the most reliable shopping site anywhere in the web.  I have tried and tested their brand of service and RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY are the two words that I will use to describe them.
