Lazada Philippines: Taking full advantage of Ecommerce

People usually have multiple routines that they usually do or go through like jogging at night during a specific time. They also schedule when they go to regular places like churches and mall. Some even schedule their shopping. However, these usually happen to people who control their time. So what about the people who don’t have control over it? Going to traditional malls and shopping may be a tricky and challenging situation for some. This is why people fully took advantage of the Internet. Some of the offline activities we usually do can now be done right in your laptop with Internet connection. It is all in the power of your fingertips, like taking shopping for example.

People are now seeing the online shopping trend that is continuously on the rise in the Philippines.  Just a couple of years ago, shopping online was a risk to most of us a couple of years ago. It's actually expected since the rate of the frauds in the country is high both in online and offline. It made online transaction unsafe to many of the local online users. Initially, local online classified ads were the top websites in the country in the buy and sell industry. They showed the ropes to the arrival of online malls by allowing online users to buy and sell on their website.

Mainly it was used for price comparison for items they are planning to buy. These expanded how online users can be fully maximized.  It was being used as a medium for local online users to buy and sell. Local online users deal with third party resellers, unlike in Ecommerce. Transactions are usually done offline. Group buying websites helped influence the thinking of local online users. This strengthens the preparation of local online users for the Ecommerce industry.

People were already familiarized with Ecommerce websites upon their arrival. Online shopping was still considered since the reward customer's will get beats the risk. Great deals were mostly found on group by websites by local online users. Their offered deal was at rock bottom price that it made local online users not to miss out on their deals. It was a year ago when website like Lazada arrived in the Philippines. It is an online mall available in other countries of South East Asia. They are supported by Rocket Internet owned by the Samwer brothers.

Lazada made an impact in Ecommerce through their various payment methods. These allow customers to be in control since they get to choose from a lot of payment methods. Traditionally, credit card payments and PayPal payment are the most common payment method allowed by conventional online stores. It actually affects the customers in availing what they want since they can't pay online the conventional way. Lazada introduced Cash on Delivery or simply known as C.O.D. as new way to pay online. It allowed them to tap the untapped market online in the Philippines. The majority of the markets are these customers who are unable to pay online the conventional way. Moreover, by tapping on this market, the Ecommerce have grown exponentially.
