Not everyone can pay online in the country especially the past couple of years since we are not yet equipped in general. Most of us usually prefer offline shopping. They only require customers who select Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. as their payment method can just leave their shipment address and name. They will only require their customers to pay once their orders are delivered at their doorstep. This is the first time Cash on Delivery or C.O.D. was introduced in the country.

The Ecommerce industry benefitted from the option of Cash on Delivery despite being offered in the past by fast food delivery. This made us understand that online shopping can make our shopping much easier. Competitors started to show up ever since they arrived in the country. This gave us more flexibility in shopping wherein we can go online or offline. In the end, it benefits both the customers and the online business.
