Lazada Philippines Review: Filipinos give online shopping a chance

You can’t go very far with online shopping just because you have the money to spend. Unlike with going to your favorite store where you can hand over your payment, online shopping requires a different approach. But that doesn’t lessen its value in any way. And those approaches depend on the options the website of your choice offers. As much as we would like each online shopping website to be uniform and offer our preferred payment method, that hardly is ever the case in reality. This is true in a lot of small businesses that venture to online selling.
For online shopping malls like Lazada Philippines with background far more advanced than any other ecommerce sites in the Philippines today, it knows the preferences of Filipino shoppers. It has a wide array of options for customers to choose from including both cash and credit-based payments. But despite the online methods being entirely different when processed, it all basically boils down to the option you’re most comfortable with. I personally go for Lazada’s cash on delivery because it forces me to earn the money ahead of time. Also, it’s the safest method I see that fits me. It sends my orders directly to my house and all transactions are made in person. It’s kind of like getting the mall to come to me.

Lazada can be a handful but only because it functions in so many ways. As an online shopping mall, its goal its to offer the best of what is out there and create an online catalogue to better showcase each product. And because it has a nationwide market, the pressure to come up with collections that will attract various types of consumers can be overwhelming but not for this award winning online shop. If anything, that serves as the ecommerce site’s drive to push harder and eventually create an online site with such an impressive product selection that it made its way to the top in a span of less than a year. It currently focuses on a little over 10 categories that ultimately aim to give the best of each in hope that every type of Filipino can find sanctuary in it. The same concept applies to the methods of payments it proposes its customers to make use of.

Staying conventional and true to tradition is still important. But not trying to explore the innovations made to make our lives easier would defeat the very purpose of development and growth as both a society and economy. The Philippines has become very competitive through time and one-way to help it further prosper is by supporting the ventures that are of service to us. Online shopping was created to help Filipinos better manage their time. It’s an online activity that goes beyond what it is acknowledge for. And why deny how important it has become? A huge population of the country owns a device that can access online websites and knowing how to makes use of it in the most productive way is always the way to go.
