I used to be an Apple user. But I soon realized that there were things
I wanted which was more complicated when using Apple.
1. Music and movies were harder to share and access. In order to install those into my device, I needed to use iTunes on a computer. With Android, I could easily copy files into my Android (similar to how a USB storage device is) or Bluetooth some from another person’s Android phone.

2. Affordability. Yeah, yeah I’m cheap. So what? At least I’ve got more
money to spare for buying other cool stuff or for charity.
3. Android is available in many brands and various brands have various
offerings. Sony emphasizes on dirt-proof and waterproof so it’s great for
outdoorsy people. Lenovo emphasizes on the businessmen so they have a line
that’s power efficient and work/office efficient. Samsung emphasizes on… not
sure, can you tell me? Lol :p
4. Apple accessories can be pricey, too. Android accessories have more
offerings at much affordable prices. Plus, you can borrow (charger, for
example, and depends on the port size/shape or charger pin’s size/shape) from
other Android users as well.
5. My iPhone 4’s front camera because defective just 2 weeks after I
bought it. After 2 weeks of waiting for replacement, my “new” iPhone 4 had a
defective audio output (just after a week of usage). My 2 Android phones
(before was Alcatel, now Lenovo) were dropped so many times yet they still
function normally/well.
